Cambridge Film Festival

First established in 1977, the Cambridge Film Festival Festival has been committed to delivering high quality independent films to the widest possible audience. It has firmly established its reputation alongside London and Edinburgh as one of the UK’s major film events. Since July 2007, the Festival has been run by a registered charity, the Cambridge Film Trust, as the highlight of a year-round programme of events that aim to bring challenging and provocative cinema to Cambridge and the Eastern region.

Previously held in July, the Festival moved to September in 2008 and we are celebrating our second September with a series of exciting and innovative screenings throughout Cambridge.
